Delivery / Shipping

Purchased items will be shipped within 10 business days of placing an order, although most will be shipped within 2 to 3 days. Please allow 5 business days for a package to arrive, once you receive a shipping confirmation & tracking number from us. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email or tracking number within 2 weeks of placing your order, please notify us at [email protected] . Delivery cost will be displayed to you on our website prior to checkout. De La Creme is not responsible for any delays, missing, lost or stolen packages sent by our couriers. If there is an issue with your delivery please contact your courier service directly, customer is responsible for filing a claim with shipping courier. 

Cancellation Policy

We do not allow cancellations once the order has been placed.All orders are final and cannot be charged after submission. We do our best to ship all packages within 10 business days. In the event that your package has not shipped within 14 days, you may reach out to customer service to request a cancellation. 

Refund Policy

All sales are final, there are NO REFUNDS. In the event a defective product is sent, we will replace it upon review at no cost to the customer( same product purchased). Exchanges are not offered at this moment, please make sure to always review orders. 

Color Disclaimer

Due to the color settings of your computer, the colors of the product shown in the pictures on our De La Creme clothing store can differ from their actual colors. De La Creme cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy. 

Legalities

The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility. The seller only takes responsibility for shipping the product, and requires the customer to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees.
